I have a matched pair of WE211E tubes I purchased NOS early last year from a very reliable seller in the US and have very little hours on them -- about 100 hrs of playing time...they do not seem compatible on my (modern) 211 SET amp and I would like to release them from my holding. FYI, I am not a tube dealer, just an individual who enjoys cello music and also this audio hobby very much and married to a cellist wife who provides some live cello sonata once in a while in our living room.
The tubes are working fine but cosmetically they have some brown streak stain marks inside the glass on the top part of the tubes, quite typical for tubes from the 1930s.
I have attached some pics but can also send a video clip of them playing on my amp.
