GUARANTEE CONDITIONS: Electron tubes are replacement parts. Jac-Music offers a guarantee of 12 months or 2000 hours, on Emission Labs tubes. We offer a guarantee of 3 months on any other new production tubes. On historical equipment , collectors items or (NOS) tubes we give only a guarantee on the good functioning directly after receival, unless a special agreement is made. All other products have a warranty of 24months.

GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN: Elektronenröhren sind Verschleißteile, und wir bieten für die Marke Emission Labs eine Garantie von 12 Monate oder 2000 Stunden, je nachdem was zuerst eintritt. Auf sonstige Röhren aus neuer Produktion gibt es eine Garantie von drei Monate. Historische Sammlerstücke, oder Röhren aus Restbestände, sgn. NOS Röhren, sind auf Grund des Alters von der Garantie ausgenommen, und es wird nur die einwandfreie Funktion zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung garantiert, es sei dann es gibt eine gesonderte Vereinbarung. Alle weitere Produkte haben eine Garantie von 24 Monate.
