This is an easy to use LED panel meter, for measurung voltages from 200mV to 2000V full scale. You can change the sensitivity by changing two resistors, that must be mounted on the back, on the printed circuit board.

Another application is, you can meaure the current through the tube bias resistor, by looking at the voltage over that resistor. You can adapt the resistor network such that you have a full scale with every tube bias resisitor you use.
